Dear Concerned friend,

It is not Alice's nature to comment on a third party's opinion of a situation. If your friend is happy, that's what should matter. Remember, if she's been with him for seven years, she must be aware of his shortcomings and his assets. My advice to you is to only bring up the subject with your friend if you can do so non-judgmentally--meaning, you ask her opinion about the situation and then address HER concerns, if any. Alice's suggestion is to support your friend in whatever manner she asks for it, whether it's before, during or after the marriage...that's a good friend.
